The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Retail Marketing should have: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Extensive 9 -14 years of experience in content marketing within the Retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively. Proven expertise in crafting and executing content strategies that drive measurable results. Excellent communication and analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
