Head of Quality Control

As a detail-oriented and experienced QC Head at Crystal Engineering Systems Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to strengthen the quality systems and ensure adherence to the highest industry standards. Your role will be crucial in maintaining precision and reliability for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across all project stages - Monitor process & compliance - Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party inspectors - Maintain detailed inspection records, test certificates, and compliance documents - Drive continual improvement in quality systems and customer satisfaction **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Mechanical Engineering + QC certifications (Add-on) - 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in the fabrication, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industry - Hands-on experience in setting up QC teams, hiring the right folks, and coordinating between other Heads of Departments - Strong knowledge of ISO/ASME standards, material traceability, and third-party inspection handling, and act as MR (Management Representative) for various certifications Please send your resume to hr@crespl.com or message us directly to apply or refer for this key position.,
