Head of Operations - Events and Exhibitions

We are a 12 years young event management agency in Mumbai. We are looking for Head of Operations. The following are the KRAs but not limited to: Candidate with 10-12 years of experience of handling operations/fabrication/production in events and exhibitions need only apply Candidate should be currently working in an event or exhibition agency Should have a good pan-India vendor base Should have a good knowledge of printing Should have a good knowledge of sound and lights Should be able to handle multiple projects independently Should be able to understand client briefs and must prepare detailed cost sheets. Should be able to attend the client meetings, brief the creative team if required Should be able to read and understand the operational drawings/designs and implement the same Should be able to keep a tight control on the costs and budget Should be a good team player and work with teams and projects at the same time Should be good in communication skills and should be able to communicate on mails Should be proficient in MS Office and be able to work extensively in excel Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 22/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 02/07/2025
