Head of Marketing & Customer Growth

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer acquisition for household and business segments.
• Design and implement marketing & demand generation strategies to grow brand awareness.
• Strategically plan and execute campaigns (online + offline) for consistent customer inflow.
• Meet business owners and households to explain service offerings and close deals.
• Build, manage, and mentor a marketing and field acquisition team.
• Track growth metrics and work closely with founders to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
• Identify partnerships, channel collaborations, and new customer segments.
• Plan and execute Google/Facebook ad campaigns to increase qualified leads for customers as well as caretakers.
• Strengthen brand credibility by managing social media channels, publishing engaging content, and maintaining consistent online presence.
  

? Who Should Apply

• Prior experience in a growing startup or service business (preferred)
• Someone who loves ownership, execution, and measurable growth
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Ability to handle both strategy and ground operations
