Head of FP&A

As a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in Accounts, Taxation & MIS, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Handling all Income Tax matters including advance tax, drafting replies, coordinating with consultants, managing tax audit, and staying updated on tax laws related to business activities of the group. - Filing all tax returns accurately and on time. - Regularly updating yourself on tax laws to ensure compliance and efficiency. - Coordinating effectively with the accounts team to gather relevant data for tax return filing and computation of taxable income/advance tax. - Optimizing the tax position for each investment transaction and overall at year-end. - Financial Planning & Analytics tasks including preparing annual budgets, detailed capital allocation, income & expenses breakdown, RoE calculation post allocation of common expenses. - Creating and presenting Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports on key operating metrics. - Conducting Variance analysis between budget vs actuals quarterly, highlighting key issues. - Generating MIS to support decision-making on various opportunities and existing investments. - Finalization of Accounts, coordinating with statutory & internal audits, and resolving queries for signing of accounts. Qualifications required: - Chartered Accountant Please note that knowledge of Accounting will be an added advantage for this role.
