Head of FC&A Strategic Polyester Expansion Project

As the Head of FC&A for the Strategic Polyester Expansion Project in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in one of India's largest industrial ventures. Your primary responsibility will be to drive commercial strategy, ensure financial governance, and maintain execution excellence to ensure timely project delivery within budget and in line with organizational objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing the financial framework for project execution, monitoring key performance indicators and cash flow, overseeing regulatory compliance, refining systems and procedures for enhanced productivity, and building and guiding a high-performance team. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting contract and procurement negotiations, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and external regulatory frameworks, and leading initiatives in cost and tax optimization. Your success in this role will be measured by various key performance indicators such as Final Investment Decision (FID) Completion, Cross-functional Collaboration, Tax & Incentive Optimization, Regulatory Compliance, and Cost-saving Proposals, among others. To excel in this position, you will need to possess competencies in Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk Management & Auditing, Commercial & Tax Acumen, Compliance & Reporting, as well as proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite.
