This leader must deliver end-to-end value with an unyielding focus on modern SaaS practices, speed, and technical architecture.
SaaS Delivery, Agility, and Value Acceleration
Rapid Cadence & End-to-End Value:
Drive the organization to implement and adhere to SaaS-native project delivery models
and development cycles to ensure continuous integration, rapid deployment, and a high-quality production cadence. Successfully shift customer value realization from long-term programs to months or weeks
.Agile Transformation:
Champion organizational agility
and modern methodologies across all R&D and engineering teams, optimizing the project execution model for velocity, reliability, and iteration.Monetization & High-Value Services:
Integrate the R&D roadmap with business models, explicitly supporting the implementation of paid consulting for high value services
and other monetization strategies.
Technology, Architecture, and Cloud-Native Innovation
Multi-Cloud & Cloud-Native:
Define the engineering strategy to leverage Multi-Cloud environments
and Cloud-Native tools
(e.g., containers, serverless) to build platforms that ensure high scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency (a core expectation in B2B SaaS).Domain Expertise:
Direct R&D and product development efforts across critical Telco SaaS domains, including eSIM
, robust Subscription Platforms
, Telco-in-a-Box solutions
, and advanced configuration
management tools.Platform Ideation:
Lead the development of flagship platforms, including the Low Code Experience Platform
(best-of-breed, no vendor lock-in) and the Customer Engagement Platform
(next-generation Telco CRM).
Global Operations and Functional Alignment
Global Team Management:
Lead and manage diverse global teams
(200+ people across Israel, India, US, France, Cyprus), translating strategic direction into high-level workforce and organizational structure plans.R&D, SI, PSO, and DevOps Leadership:
Provide comprehensive leadership across core functions: Research & Development (R&D)
, Professional Services Operations (PSO)
, System Integration (SI)
, and DevOps
to ensure tight alignment between product development and successful customer deployment.Strategic Oversight:
Demonstrate the ability to Zoom in and out
to partner with peer units (market, product) to define unit strategy, translate it into operational plans, and manage stakeholders in an evolving, matrix ecosystem.
All you need is...
Experience at Scale:
Minimum 12 years experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience in leading large groups (200+ people)
through R&D and software development cycles.SaaS and Scaling Track Record:
Proven track record in scaling up (2x, 3x, 4x growth)
building teams and processes for successful global scaling, with mandatory experience in delivering high-quality projects at scale in a SaaS-native manner
.Product Delivery:
Proven track record in leading development projects and delivering whole products or solutions to the market
.Technical & Methodological Expertise:
Deep Technical Understanding, and proven experience in software development methodologies, principles, procedures, software management
, and support tools and services.Education:
Computer Science degree or equivalent information technology, management information systems, software engineering, and networking.Global Context:
Experience with global IT companies is an added advantage.
