Head of DevSecOps

As the Head of DevSecOps in Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in driving the infrastructure, automation, and security delivery for a significant digital transformation project within the hospital/clinical technology sector. Working with a team of cross-functional experts, you will be responsible for leading the DevSecOps strategy and implementation for enterprise healthcare systems. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud-native deployments to ensure end-to-end security is integrated into the software development lifecycle. Collaborating closely with engineering, data, and security teams, you will work towards scaling delivery capabilities and managing client stakeholders to align technology goals and expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across healthcare IT environments, such as HIPAA-equivalent standards. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with SM/AP level experience (Senior Manager or Associate Partner equivalent) and deep expertise in healthcare, particularly with hospital providers. Hands-on experience in DevSecOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation tooling is essential. A proven track record in delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and security governance is also highly desirable.
