As the Head of Department (HOD) - Piping, you will be responsible for leading and managing the piping engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and delivering high-quality piping and layout engineering services. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize piping design, improve efficiency, and enhance team performance. You will also ensure that all piping-related engineering activities comply with industry standards, project specifications, and company objectives.
• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in piping and layout engineering, with significant experience in the Oil & Gas industry (Upstream & Downstream).
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with strong project execution capabilities.
