As the HOD/Director for the Bachelor of Science program at Vishwa Vishwani Institutions, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic direction and ensuring the program's success. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing strategic leadership and academic direction for the Bachelor of Science program. - Overseeing curriculum design, academic policies, and program development to meet industry and global standards. - Ensuring high-quality instruction through innovative and experiential learning methodologies. - Driving faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation for program excellence. - Coordinating with accreditation and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with educational standards. - Promoting a culture of research, publication, and knowledge dissemination among faculty and students. - Fostering strong industry partnerships, internships, and placement opportunities for students. - Managing budgets, resource allocation, and infrastructure development for the program. - Representing the program in academic forums, conferences, and external engagements. - Leading initiatives to improve student satisfaction, retention, and graduate employability.
