Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
15+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, or service delivery.
Proven experience managing relationships with major cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of SaaS deployment models and multi-tenant architectures.
Deep understanding of cloud technologies (EC2, Kubernetes, VPC, IAM, storage, networking, monitoring).
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
Familiarity with cost management and observability tools (Cloud Health, Datadog, AWS Cost Explorer, etc.).
Experience with DevOps processes (CI/CD, automation, container orchestration).
