Overview

Haris& Co seeks a strategic Head of Brand Solutions to lead project delivery across retainer & One timeservices(Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO,Production,Branding,Influencer Marketing)and one-time projects (Branding, Website Development, Production) for clients in India and UAE. This role drives end-to-end execution of integratedmarketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, KPIs like ROAS/CAC/CPL, and client satisfaction align with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and optimization ofmarketing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams for multichannel campaigns including social media, paid ads, SEO, branding, web builds, and production assets.
• Manage retainer and one-time portfolios: track deliverables, mitigate risks, forecast issues, and own client experience from kickoff to results reporting using Zoho Projects for task allocation and progress monitoring.
• Develop Agile/Scrum processes tailored to digital marketing, conduct sprint reviews, and integrate performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion data) into dashboards for stakeholder updates.
• Lead team of project managers and leads, providing training, role clarity, and hierarchical oversight to scale operations while minimizing churn and maximizing inter-department collaboration.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors on budgets, scopes, and optimizations, delivering data-driven reports on campaign ROI and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in project management within digital/360 marketing agencies, with proven handling of retainer (SMM, performance, SEO) and one-time (branding, web, production) services.
• PMP/Agile/Scrum certification; expertise in Zoho Projects, Jira, or similar for marketing workflows; strong grasp of KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CPL, NPS).
• Leadership in service-based firms with India/UAE operations; advanced stakeholder communication and team scaling experience.
