Head of Architecture

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Architect, where you will be responsible for providing architectural solutions, ensuring effective designs, and supporting profit maximization through innovative practices. Your responsibilities will include providing architectural solutions for projects, generating and executing relevant ideas, and championing GREEN developments through incessant innovation in architecture. You will work towards maximizing profit by increasing leasable areas and reducing costs through effective architectural designs. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project drawings, maximize gross leasable areas, and reduce costs through architectural details. Your role will also involve liaising with statutory bodies, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely delivery of project drawings to sites. To excel in this role, you should have a relevant educational background in architecture or related fields, strong architectural design skills, project management experience, and knowledge of sustainable practices. Experience with GREEN developments and proficiency in architectural software are preferred skills.
