What You'll Do

AI Strategy & Vision

• Define and own Qeleo's company-wide AI vision aligned with business goals, client needs, and long-term growth
• Identify how AI can create competitive advantage across products, platforms, and service offerings
  

AI Use Case Ideation

Lead the conceptualization and design of AI-powered solutions such as:

• Intelligent recommendation systems
• Personalized user journeys and onboarding flows
• Predictive analytics and behavior-driven insights
• AI-powered customer support and automation tools
• Sentiment analysis, trend forecasting, and data intelligence dashboards
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with the CTO, engineering, and data teams to assess feasibility, timelines, and technical trade-offs
• Collaborate with product, UX, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to integrate AI across the full lifecycle
• Guide teams from concept ? pilot ? production rollout
  

Innovation & Market Research

• Track emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms (LLMs, GenAI, NLP, automation, recommendation engines)
• Evaluate third-party tools, vendors, and platforms from a strategic and commercial perspective
• Help define AI-related budgets, tooling investments, and resourcing plans
  

Thought Leadership

• Evangelize a data-driven, experimentation-first culture across the organization
• Act as an internal AI thought partner to leadership and delivery teams
• Represent Qeleo Technolabs externally as an AI-forward technology leader when required
  

What You Bring

• 7+ years

  of experience in product strategy, innovation, digital transformation, or AI-driven roles
• Strong understanding of the

  AI/ML ecosystem

  , including:
• Generative AI & LLMs
• Recommendation systems
• NLP & conversational AI
• Intelligent automation & decision systems
• Proven ability to connect AI capabilities with real user needs and business outcomes
• Experience leading

  cross-functional initiatives

  from ideation to launch
• Ability to assess AI vendors, platforms, and tools strategically (build vs buy mindset)
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with iterative execution
• Excellent communication and storytelling skillsable to simplify complex ideas for diverse stakeholders
