Head Motor Claims

As a seasoned Head of Motor Claims, you will be responsible for leading and transforming motor insurance claims operations with a strong digital-first focus. Your role will involve owning the entire claims lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and superior customer experience. You will drive adoption of AI-based triaging, automation, and self-service platforms while closely collaborating with garages, surveyors, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver fast, transparent, and customer-centric settlements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and transform motor insurance claims operations - Own the entire claims lifecycle and ensure accuracy, compliance, and superior customer experience - Drive adoption of AI-based triaging, automation, and self-service platforms - Collaborate closely with garages, surveyors, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders - Deliver fast, transparent, and customer-centric settlements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12-18 years of experience in motor claims within General Insurance - At least the last 4-5 years in a senior leadership role - Proven track record in managing large-scale claims, leading transformation initiatives, and leveraging analytics to enhance efficiency and reduce fraud Please note that we are not considering candidates with more than 18 years of total experience or who have not reached a Senior position within that timeframe.,
