Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage maintenance activities at Kundli plant, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
Oversee mechanical maintenance operations, including CNC machines, VMC machine, injection moulding machines, and other plant equipment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

18-24 years of experience in industrialization or related field (auto components industry preferred).
B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Mechanical). with experience in injection Moulding / CNC /VMC /Perfume Making machines
Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial projects involving complex machinery operation.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, and preventative maintenance practices.
