Head - LS Consulting (Omnichannel)

As a Head of Life Sciences Consulting with expertise in Omnichannel strategy and execution, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing omnichannel frameworks across marketing, sales, medical, and patient services. - Demonstrating a deep understanding of commercial and medical operations, including CRM, MDM, content management, and digital platforms. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Utilizing tools such as Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Adobe Experience Cloud. - Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), AI/ML personalization engines, and marketing automation.
