Head Legal (Land Acquisition)

We are currently seeking a Head of Legal for Land Acquisition with a Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Law and 8-15 years of experience. This position is based at our State Office location. In this role, you will be tasked with conducting legal due diligence and acquiring private, revenue, and forest land. You will also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders and resolving disputes related to land and right of way (ROW) issues. This position will require extensive travel to various sites, as well as interaction with clients and lenders to ensure regulatory and legal compliance of land transactions.
