Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain discipline and order in the hostel premises.
• Ensure safety, health, hygiene, and emotional well-being of students.
• Supervise daily routines – wake-up, study hours, meals, and lights-out.
• Act as a mentor and provide pastoral care to students.
• Maintain attendance and movement registers.
• Handle emergencies and coordinate with parents or medical staff as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for cleanliness and infrastructure upkeep.
• Ensure hostel rules and school policies are followed.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in hostel/school preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, firm, and student-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle adolescent students with patience and care.
• Must be willing to stay on campus full-time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
