Job Description

Responsible for the performance of all the hatcheries and custom hatchery by achieving the targeted production & productivity. Monitor and analyse the hatchability and DOC production/productivity details based on the MIS reports. Ensure the availability of hatchable eggs as per the business requirements Responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of SOPs and automation in all hatcheries. Ensure the operational safety in all hatcheries by assessing, suggesting and reporting any critical incidents and training the staff regarding the same. Coordinate with the project team to help them take decisions pertaining to machine, hatchery design, accessories, and automation. Responsible for identifying the areas that support automation and technical matters pertaining to the hatchery. Implement kaizen principles in all the hatcheries for effective operational practices. Develop positive relationships and assess with new and existing vendors on capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity and fulfilment of business requirements Ensure the required manpower strength in all hatcheries as per standard norms for continuous support in production. Ensure continuous development of employees and are appropriately motivated to carry out their responsibilities. Keep abreast of the latest trends in the industry by effectively networking with internal/external stakeholders for proactive decision-making. Coach and mentor, the team for achieving the desired business results in the most engaging manner. Hindi Speaking is mandatory Travelling involved on need basis.
