Job Description

Role & responsibilities To organize and plan the vehicles route plan with safe and efficient transport and distribution of goods, and to ensure that deliveries to be fulfilled (carried out). To be responsible for the overall supply chain management and will organize and monitor distribution of goods. Ensure supply chain operations as per customer satisfaction. Optimization of the logistic cost Allotting- (sales team sent chilled orders, after that we have to check consolidate by area, then splitting by area and vehicle wise by capacity of both area and KG's Inspection-(Checking vehicles- strip curtains, GPS locator, AC monitoring etc.,.) Placing vehicle on scheduled time on loading bay (with washing empty weight Pre cooling) Plastic crates maintaining records in and out.- (taking crates details from in out , there was maintaining a record note of last day send and receive details of crates by vehicle wise. Split by area wise taking minimum 1hr for arrange.(Order splitting by total kg and area ) Plan and organize the Secondary Distribution Monthly report- (Every week calculating last week transport cost per kg.) Preparing provisional & month reports Carefully maintain level of cost and Utilization. Handling supervisors-(on loading time the supervisor must wearing uniform while loading.) If any problem on any store the next deliveries might be suffer.- have to convince the shop owner to offload earlier. After loading the deviations checked and hand over to the respective vehicle line supervisor , the supervisor given the deviation for billing, After billing the acknowledgment split and check load weight match for loading and ordered qty. Find what is the reason for meat return and give proper claiming details for the shortage and meat return Must follow passing exact information to all. Ensure temperature of the vehicle during transit. On time Delivery from consumer point (special orders ).
