Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Supervise guard teams with shift planning, roll calls, and discipline enforcement
Oversee access control, patrol routines, and surveillance systems
Handle incident response, emergency drills, and coordination with site/client
Maintain shift records, reports, attendance, and audit documentation

Role Responsibilities:

Ensure guards follow SOPs, site orders, and duty responsibilities
Liaise with client representatives for service delivery and complaint handling
Train new guards, enforce grooming and conduct standards
Escalate critical issues and provide incident updates to Site In-charge
