Job Description

As the Head of Enterprise Shared Platform at IDPs, your role involves leading and managing the Digital platforms rollout and business enablement teams. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing industry's best digital platforms enablement and adoption practices and processes - Leading the work to build and maintain the technology stacks (front and back) and integrations - Being responsible for platform development, product functionality, and development - Working closely with the Growth and Design teams to identify new services and solutions - Demonstrating a deep understanding of the Cloud domain (AWS) and driving business process automation with rapid application development - Monitoring and analyzing the consumption of tools license and utilization, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing solutions - Developing departmental goals and strategies - Building and maintaining long-term business relations with internal and external stakeholders - Coordinating with Project stakeholders in reviewing various project progress reports - Overseeing engineering staff and ensuring they meet goals and objectives - Conceptualizing, implementing, and optimizing business process automation - Planning content delivery improvements to attract a greater number of customers Additionally, you will be actively engaged in the Digital adoption initiatives roll out and testing of various digital products. You will examine and keep up-to-date with new technological developments, oversee the installation and testing of engineering products, evaluate and confirm product designs and structures, and discuss and negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients. Qualifications required for this role: - Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Allied sciences - Experience in establishing a high-performing team and complete knowledge of best practices and processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong leadership qualities - Agile project management skills - Good time management and project management skills - Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual - Ability to offer excellent customer service Please note that the location of this position is at the Digital Campus, and the PD update date is 24-December-2024.,
