Head Chef cum trainer

The position of Chef cum Trainer will have the following responsibilities:

1. The person should be able to purchase equipment and set up the franchise cafe outlets.

2. Assist the investor/client in the purchase of raw materials and inventory.

3. Should possess knowledge of recruitment and set up the team in the franchise cafe outlet.

4. Train the team that has been set up in the franchise cafe outlets.

5. Establish a supply chain setup for the procurement of raw materials for the cafe.

6. Plan proper inauguration of franchise cafe outlets and reach out to the relevant teams for specific requirements like preparing combos, banners, etc.

7. Conduct food trials both in the office and in franchise cafe outlets for prospective clients/investors.

8. Must have experience working as a Head Chef with a well-known brand or chain of restaurant/cafe.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
