Profile: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and highly organized Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead the entire food operations of our premium café in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in multi-cuisine menu execution, team leadership, and efficient kitchen management.

Role:
In charge of the food section — including wraps, snacks, sandwiches, breakfast items, chaats, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new recipes and execute the menu as per café standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff for consistent food quality.
• Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage cost control and minimize wastage.

Qualification:
Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in café/restaurant kitchens.

Salary: Upto Rs.60,000/-

Skills:
Expertise in Continental and Indian fusion cuisines, creativity, and strong leadership.
