Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

HCM Implementation:
Lead and support full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a focus on the Benefits module.
Module Expertise:
Provide deep functional expertise in HCM Benefits processes, configurations, and reporting.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Benefits solutions aligned with business requirements.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Analyze issues, propose solutions, and provide guidance during testing and post-implementation phases.
Knowledge Sharing:
Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on HCM Cloud best practices.
Travel:
Open to domestic and international travel as required for project delivery.

Job Requirements:

8+ years of HCM functional experience, with at least 5 full-cycle implementations (2+ in HCM Cloud).
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module (mandatory).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
Immediate joiners preferred.
