HCM Business Advisory Analyst Offboarding Team

Role Overview: You will be joining the HCM Business Advisory team as an Analyst for the Offboarding Team in Bangalore, India. This team supports HR strategies and initiatives across the bank, providing expert knowledge and support on HR policies, programmes, processes, people strategy, and ensuring consistent application of HR best practices. Your role will involve managing Employee life cycle activities for UKI and USA regions, such as Personal Information changes, Leave of Absence requests, Visa and Passport changes, Job transfers, Compensation changes, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Processing end-to-end Employee Life cycle processes and Offboarding Process for UKI and USA regions. - Delivering the HR people strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy. - Partnering with HR/Stakeholders of Business to make sound people decisions. - Supporting organizational change and initiatives in collaboration with respective stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Offboarding/Exit and Employee lifecycle processes. - Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, and Advanced Excel.
