HCL Commerce Developer

Role Overview: As an HCL Commerce Developer at the client's company, you will be a key member of the team responsible for transforming clients through consulting, industry solutions, digital & IT modernization, and managed services. Your role will involve working on WCS architecture, customizing features in Member, Catalog & Order Management Subsystems, building REST APIs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application performance and security. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong Java/J2EE programming skills to work on WCS 8 or above, focusing on B2C business model - Understand and customize the OOTB features in Member, Catalog & Order Management Subsystems - Implement data load utilities in WCS and develop REST APIs within the WCS framework - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing WCS applications - Perform performance tuning, ensure application security, and work with WCS data model - Write basic SQL queries and work on search functionalities within WCS - Demonstrate good communication skills while collaborating with the team and clients Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in IT development, with expertise in Java/J2EE programming - Proficiency in WCS architecture and design, with exposure to customizing OOTB features - Experience in building REST APIs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application performance and security - Knowledge of WCS Data Model and ability to write basic SQL queries - Familiarity with search functionalities within WCS - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and clients,
