Location : PAN INDIA Job Summary: The HCI Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Hyper-Converged Infrastructure environment. This role requires deep knowledge of VMware environments, troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to enhance system performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer VMware HCI environments. Monitor system performance and optimize configurations. Perform regular system updates and maintenance. Develop scripts for automation of repetitive tasks. Coordinate with IT teams for seamless infrastructure integration. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly. Maintain security standards and compliance requirements. Develop documentation and training material for system users. Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in VMware administration. Proven experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure. VMware certification (VCP, VCAP) preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Skills: VMware vSphere Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) vSAN PowerCLI Scripting (Python, PowerShell) Performance tuning Network configuration Backup and disaster recovery
