Job Description

As a Claims Process Executive, you will be responsible for: - Handling authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing, and corrected claims process efficiently. - Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs. - Organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively. - Developing a solid understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, products, services, and team processes. - Resolving complex situations following established guidelines. Qualifications required for this role: - 1-3 years of experience in processing claims adjudication and adjustment. - Experience with Facets is an added advantage. - Familiarity with professional (HCFA) and institutional (UB) claims is desirable but optional. - Both undergraduate and postgraduate candidates are welcome to apply. - Strong communication skills with the ability to comprehend and write effectively. - Capable of working independently with strong analytical skills. Please note, the required schedule availability for this position is Monday to Friday from 5.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (AR SHIFT). The shift timings are subject to change based on client requirements. Additionally, there may be overtime and weekend work as per business needs.,
