HC & Insurance Operations Associate

As a Claims Processing Specialist, your role involves handling authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing, and corrected claims processes. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs. Your tasks will include organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities and developing a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and all related products, services, and processes. You will also resolve complex situations following pre-established guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Knowledge in handling authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing, and corrected claims process - Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs - Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities - Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and all products, services, and processes performed by the team - Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines Qualifications required for this position: - 1-3 years of experience in processing claims adjudication and adjustment process - Experience with Facets is an added advantage - Experience in professional (HCFA), institutional (UB) claims (optional) - Both undergraduates and postgraduates can apply - Good communication skills demonstrating strong reading comprehension and writing abilities - Ability to work independently with strong analytic skills Please note that the required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 5.30PM/3.30AM IST (AR SHIFT). The shift timings are subject to change as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may be required to work overtime and weekends based on business needs.,
