A detail-oriented professional to manage Overall Export operations & Management 1) Role Overview: Handle backend export processes and ensure smooth operations. Prepare all required export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and health certificates. Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements such as IEC, FSSAI central license, APEDA registration, EIA/EIC certification, Halal certification, and AGMARK certification. Support exports to Southeast Asia, Nepal, and the UAE and other countries as require. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of export orders. Coordinate and follow up with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments and receivables. Maintain accurate records and assist management in reporting on export operations and compliance. 2) Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end export operations, including preparation and management of export documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance. Coordinate export schedules encompassing production, storage, dispatch, container loading, export declarations, and shipment to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with Costing, Finance, SCM, Production, R&D, Quality, and other internal teams to process export orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain and coordinate for updated export product pricing and revised product lists as required. Liaise effectively with logistics partners, customs authorities, and government agencies to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth clearance. Oversee external communications related to exports, including coordination with the parent company and third-party logistics and customs agencies. Manage export licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to statutory requirements. Maintain accurate records of all export documentation, licenses, and correspondence. Follow up on payments and receivables with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely financial closure. Provide detailed and timely reports to management regarding export performance, compliance status, and operational metrics. Experience International Business, Logistics, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in export operations, documentation, or compliance in FMCG preferably in cold chain or dairy products. Strong knowledge of export documentation, licensing, and regulations. Familiarity with export procedures for for Middle East, Southeast Asia and Nepal. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Costing, Finance, SCM, Production, R&D, Quality, and other internal teams Exposure to customs clearance processes and handling audits. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems. Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple backend processes independently. Strong focus on accuracy and compliance in all export activities. Good collaboration skills Ability to analyse and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly. Knowledge of international trade agreements and Incoterms. Experience in vendor and stakeholder management. Capability to generate reports and present data-driven insights to management.
