About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR activities. You’ll assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, while also managing attendance records, job descriptions, intern coordination, and internal communications. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to gain practical HR experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of HR functions, including onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee records management. The ideal candidate will have strong process orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle employee queries with professionalism.
