Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Design Lead for Chennai location. The Design Lead will be responsible for: Structural and Mechanical (Duct | Tanks | Silos | Scrubbers etc.,) design Overseeing and managing the design team Take the lead in developing and reviewing the design calculations and analysis for a wide range of products Designing Harmony AQS products like ESP, Fabric filter, Flue gas desulphurization, wet gas scrubber etc., Knowledge in codes & standards, and regulatory requirements Ensure that designs and installations comply with applicable regulations and guidelines Work in accordance with professional standards, practices and laws, specifications defined by the client, market standards and budget Ensure consistency with defined design conditions Manage and resolve technical issues with construction, manufacturing and erection companies as well as customer complaints Day-to-day tasks include engaging in product design, performing design calculations, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The role also involves continuous improvement and innovation in design solutions. Qualifications Skills in Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Product Design Expertise in Machine Design Proficiency in StaadPro, CAD Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience in the air quality control industry is a plus Capability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively 12-15 years of industry experience

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, coordinating with the service team for project execution, creating reports on market trends, conducting site visits, and providing excellent customer service.
