Hardware Support Executive - International

Role Overview:

The Fuel Sensor Hardware Support Executive (International) is responsible for providing end-to-end technical support for fuel sensor hardware deployed across global customer locations. This role involves installation guidance, remote troubleshooting, calibration support, and coordination with international partners to ensure optimal performance of fuel monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support for fuel sensors deployed with international customers and partners.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues related to sensor accuracy, connectivity, power supply, and signal integrity.
• Support international clients across different time zones via email, calls, video support, and remote diagnostics.
• Coordinate with overseas distributors, installers, and service partners for issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring hardware issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting procedures, and service reports.
• Work closely with software, and product teams to resolve integrated system issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and sensors.
• Willingness to learn fuel monitoring and IoT hardware systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
