Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Software Specialist located in Jabalpur. The Hardware Software Specialist will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting both hardware and software systems. Daily tasks include providing technical support, developing software solutions, maintaining computer hardware, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the development and implementation of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Software-related tasks
• Strong understanding of Hardware and Computer Hardware systems
• Experience in providing Technical Support
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
