Hardware Lab Technician

Role Overview: You will be joining Embrill Private Limited as a full-time Hardware Lab Technician based in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing quality control tests, and supporting hardware testing and analysis. You will work closely with the engineering team to conduct experiments, document findings, assist in prototyping, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with PCB assembly and rework (SMT/THT soldering). - Expertise in fine-pitch SMT soldering (0402, 0201, micro-BGA, QFN, etc.). - Knowledge of electronic circuit troubleshooting and component testing. - Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Basic understanding of regulatory standards in medical device manufacturing. - Understanding of ESD protocols and safety regulations. - Document work performed and ensure traceability. Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferred. - Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and testing tools is a plus. - Experience with microcontroller-based systems or embedded circuits would be beneficial.,
