Hardware Engr II

As a Hardware Engr II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for contributing to the hardware design process from concept to production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications and assist in designing complex hardware systems including schematic capture and PCB layout. Your role will also involve performing hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability. Additionally, you will provide technical support to junior engineers, stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and contribute to the overall success of hardware design projects. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics 2+ years of experience in hardware design and development Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools WE VALUE Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience with hardware testing and validation Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of industry standards and best practices Experience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design Knowledge of FPGA and microcontroller-based designs Key Responsibilities Design and develop hardware components and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation Conduct testing and validation of hardware solutions Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
