As an experienced hardware service engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our 1000-plus client base. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hardware issues efficiently to ensure the smooth functioning of our clients" systems. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor trainees who are looking to gain hands-on experience in hardware servicing. Apart from technical duties, you will also be involved in marketing and sales activities, building and maintaining customer relations, and contributing to the overall management of the hardware service department.
