Job Description

Job Title: SR ELECTRONICS ENGINEER-Hardware

Position Type:

Experience: 5+ Years

Location : Bengaluru/Coimbatore

Electronics Board design, complete NPD life cycle
Project management for PCBA redesign for EOL /Quality /Cost /NPD etc.
Prepare qualification/testing/validation plans, Lab co-ordination.
SME for high speed /mixed signal/Integrity/complex IC circuit designs
Manage direct & indirect individuals /teams for projects.
Mentor engineers on Electrical/Electronic parts, PCBA, testing etc.
Drive communication with customers, vendors & global teams

Qualification:

B. E (or) B. Tech/ M. E (or) M. Tech in ECE/ EEE or any relevant

Essential Skills:

Expert level - High-speed design ( PCIe, SATA, HDMI, COMe )
Expert level - Mixed signal design ( ADC, DC-DC converters, Regulators)
Proficient level Power Integrity (PI) and Signal Integrity (SI) analysis ( USB debug, Eye diagram, High speed signal traces)

Desirable Skills:

Experience in Memory interfaces ( DDR, NAND, Nor, Flash )
Experience in EMI/EMC standards (medical / industrial standards)
Risk analysis, mitigation plan.
Must possess strong interpersonal, presentation, communication (verbal & written) & influencing skills.
