Job Description

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product reliability, performance, and quality. Your focus will be on the testing phase, which includes both functional and non-functional testing (e.g., stress, environmental, usability testing). Develop detailed test plans that cover all product aspects, including functional, performance, environmental, stress, and reliability testing. Create strategies for validating product functionality, assessing risks, and ensuring products meet specified design criteria. Write test cases to ensure all product features are covered in the testing phase, including edge cases and stress scenarios. Validate that the product functions as intended under various operating conditions, ensuring the overall speed, accuracy, and responsiveness. Test the integration between hardware and software components to ensure they work seamlessly together. Ensure that the product is user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to operate, focusing on the end-user experience. Perform tests that simulate long-term use to verify that the product can withstand typical wear and tear, environmental factors, and usage over time. Ensure that the robotics product functions well under extreme conditions (temperature, humidity, dust, etc.) by performing environmental tests according to specific standards. Identify the root cause of defects and recommend solutions for product improvements or changes in design or manufacturing processes. Set up automated testing systems (for both hardware and software) to speed up validation processes and improve test accuracy. Prepare products for third-party testing to obtain necessary industry certifications such as CE, UL, RoHS, and others relevant to consumer robotics. Ensure products meet relevant certifications, such as CE, UL, ISO 9001, and regional certifications for the Asian market (e.g., CCC, BIS). Conduct FMEA to identify potential failure modes in the system and evaluate their impact on product safety, functionality, and marketability. Key Skills/Experience Required: Strong background in electronics and robotics testing methodologies. 4+ years of experience with test automation tools, debugging, and quality standards. Knowledge of product reliability and performance metrics. Familiarity with industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO, CE, UL). Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a must. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Benefits You Get Working With Us: Association & supervision by industry experts and senior members. Other early-stage company benefits including ESOPs. Performance-oriented work culture for the development of extraordinary robotics products.,
