HARDWARE DESIGN ENGINEER/ SENIOR ENGINEER/ LEAD ENGINEER

As a part of Lekha Wireless, a leader in wireless communication technology products and solutions, you will join an energetic team focused on tackling next generation and present day challenges in the world of Wireless communication. Your role will involve working on building current and next generation hardware for tactical communication systems, 4G, and 5G technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for constructing mixed signal boards for communication systems and providing technical leadership in challenging design flows. Key Responsibilities: - Be proficient in Digital electronics and have hands-on experience in building complex boards till bringup and deployment - Possess a good understanding of Hardware chip and peripheral architectures such as Processors, DSP, FPGA, Radio transceivers, and Codes - Demonstrate proficiency in signal processing, networking, and connectivity Peripherals - Have expertise in schematic entry, CAD, and SI tools for review - Utilize general lab equipment and CAD design flows effectively - Understand procedures for manufacturing, assembly, and integration testing - Exhibit strong communication skills to interact with adjacent teams - Be a good communicator in design and debug flows Qualifications Required: - Graduate/ Post graduate in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation or related disciplines - 2 to 7 years of experience in digital and mixed signal design Good to have: - Deep understanding of the FPGA and DSP architectures - Expertise in signal integrity for boards involving several Gigabit SERDES lanes and protocols - Proficiency in PCB design techniques for Network, RF, and wireless systems (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
