Key responsibility is to drive the sellout targets of all the stores of an assigned territory through store level promoters. Ensure availability of stocks (in co-ordination with KAM) at all stores and products are displayed as per the planogram at the right locations to maximize Display shares. Ensure promoter attendance, hygiene, identify training needs, providing regular in store product and sales training. Maximize promoter productivity there by maximizing Counter Shares.
