You should have exposure to processing vendor invoices, creating MIS reports, and reviewing invoices for accuracy to ensure accurate and timely processing. Investigate rejected invoices to determine the cause of rejection and take appropriate action to reprocess them. Resolve billing issues with vendors and prepare regular reports on invoice spend and invoices in-flight. Analyze the current process and recommend methods for improvement. You should be capable of handling end-to-end AP Process, accounting, and managing vendor/supplier relations. Facilitate audits through record-keeping and thorough documentation. Handle PO and Non-PO processing within a specified timeline. Proficiency in using MS Office tools is essential. Education requirement: MBA in Finance.
