Job Title: Deputy Manager - Plant Administration & Human Resources Department: HR & Administration Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 7–15 years (Candidate preferred only Manufacturing background) Education: MBA in HR / PGDHRM / MSW / Equivalent CTC Budget: Maximum up to 8L-10L Job Purpose: To manage and support plant Administrative and HR functions , ensuring adherence to SOPs, statutory compliance, smooth plant operations and a productive work environment. Serve as a link between plant management and employees while aligning with Corporate HR Policies. The role comprises about 80% Administration and 20% HR generalist responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - 1. Administration Management: - Oversee plant facilities including Housekeeping, Security, Pantry / Canteen, Guest, Transportation and maintenance. Facilitating plant visits and induction programs for students from colleges and universities, as well as for domestic and international delegates. Induction of new joiners Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor and control administration budgets and costs as per Sanction Budget. Support training needs identification and coordinate with L&D for execution internal or external as per the Business requirement. Track attendance, leave and discipline for employees and contractual labour. Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee counseling. MIS maintenance daily / weekly / fortnightly / Monthly 2. Contract Labor Management: - Coordinate with labor contractors to ensure manpower supply as per the sanction manpower. Monitor attendance, working hours and ensure compliance with labor laws. Handle wage settlements and timely payment processing. 3. Employee Engagement & Welfare: - Organize employee welfare activities, cultural events and engagement programs. Promote a positive work culture through communication and feedback mechanisms. Conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys and recommend action plans. 4. Compliance & Statutory Requirements: - Ensure Factory Compliances along with labor laws (CLRA, Factories Act, ESI, PF, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Gratuity, Bonus, Fire, Pollution, Legal Metrology, etc.). Liaison with local government bodies, inspectors and legal authorities. Maintain statutory records and prepare documentation for audits/inspections. ISO / IMS Management. Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of Administration systems and labor laws. Leadership and people management skills. Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication. Proficient in MS Office, SAP and HRMS systems.
