We are looking for a B2B Sales Associate who will drive partnerships with retailers, corporates, gourmet stores, gifting companies, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers) in Delhi NCR. The role demands a strong network in premium food & gifting segments and a proven track record in B2B sales of saffron or premium D2C food brands . Key Responsibilities 1.B2B Business Development Identify and onboard distributors, corporate clients, gourmet food stores, and HoReCa partners. Pitch Half Spoon saffron as the premium, pure, and lab-tested choice for clients. Develop long-term business relationships with institutional buyers. 2.Corporate & Gifting Sales Target corporates for Diwali and festive gifting contracts. Work closely with the marketing team to curate saffron-based gifting solutions . 3.Channel Management & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Ensure repeat orders through strong relationship management. Negotiate trade margins, credit terms, and contracts. 4.Market Insights & Competition Benchmarking Track competitor pricing, promotions, and distribution. Share insights with leadership to refine B2B strategies. 5.Brand Advocacy Represent Half Spoon at trade fairs, food exhibitions, and corporate showcases. Ensure saffron’s purity, authenticity, and Kashmiri heritage are central to all pitches. Qualification Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Experience : Minimum 3 years in B2B sales of saffron or other premium D2C food categories. Preferred Brands : Zafran Premium, Baby Saffron, Keynote Saffron, Lion Saffron, Vedapure, House of Saffron. Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Network : Existing connections in retail shops, gourmet food chains, gifting houses, and HoReCa sector .
