Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PMC-HEAD based in Chennai. The PMC-HEAD will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes. Daily tasks include managing inventory levels, optimizing production schedules, monitoring workflow, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The PMC-HEAD will also collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, resolve production issues, and implement lean manufacturing practices to achieve production goals and improve overall efficiency. In this role, you will craft high‑quality, technically accurate, and benefit‑focused content that resonates with diverse industry audiences (e.g., automotive, home appliances, electronics, packaging, healthcare, construction) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will combine a strong grasp of B2B industrial/manufacturing marketing with exceptional writing skills and the ability to translate complex technical information—across multiple equipment lines—into compelling messaging that highlights Haitian International’s differentiated value propositions. Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Development Collaborate with the Marketing Team (India) and global marketing teams at Haitian International to develop an annual content calendar aligned with corporate objectives and product roadmaps across all six verticals (IMM, Die Casting, CNC, Laser, Drive Systems, Smart Solutions). Produce and maintain a comprehensive library of marketing collateral, including but not limited to: Technical Datasheets & Product Brochures Customer Case Studies & White Papers Highlight cross‑vertical success stories (e.g., an automotive components manufacturer using Haitian’s high‑precision IMM with integrated servo drives; a consumer electronics OEM improving cycle times with a fully automated CNC‑Laser hybrid cell; a packaging firm reducing scrap via predictive analytics from Haiti n’s Smart Solutions platform). Website Content Landing pages, blog posts, FAQs, and application‑focused articles tailored to Indian industrial buyers. Social Media & Digital Assets LinkedIn posts, Twitter updates, and industry‑forum articles promoting product innovations, thought leadership, and vertical‑specific best practices. Email Campaigns & Newsletters Drip campaigns for lead nurturing, product launch announcements, and educational series (e.g., “Understanding Energy‑Saving Drive Systems,” “Smart Factory Readiness for Indian Plastics Processers”). Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics: IMM: Short‑cycle molding, multi‑color/multi‑component injection for plastic housings; cleanroom compatibility for white‑goods controls. CNC & Laser: Laser marking for branding; CNC machining of die inserts; laser cutting of thin metal sheets. Smart Solutions: Integrated robotics cells, centralized monitoring for line‑level traceability, automated defect detection. 3. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Plastics, Electrical/Electronics), or a related field.
