Hair Stylist

We are looking for a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to provide hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, up-to-date knowledge of hair trends, and the ability to recommend suitable hairstyles and products based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hairstyle needs and preferences
• Cut, trim, color, highlight, and style hair according to client requests
• Perform hair treatments such as smoothing, conditioning, and scalp care
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, workstations, and salon area
• Recommend hair care products and services to clients
• Stay updated with current hair trends and techniques
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Follow salon policies and safety standards

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
• Certification or diploma in hair styling (preferred)
• Knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a salon or spa environment
• Knowledge of hair care products and tools
• Ability to build and retain a loyal client base
