Hair Consultant

As a Hair Consultant located in Ranchi, your role will involve guiding patients through their hair restoration journey with confidence and empathy. You will be expected to greet and interact with patients, conduct consultations to assess hair loss conditions, recommend suitable treatments such as Hair Transplant, PRP, and Laser therapy, and educate patients about procedures, benefits, and aftercare in a clear and simple manner. Building strong rapport with patients, maintaining records, coordinating with medical staff, and contributing to clinic goals through effective consultation and conversions are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with patients to understand their hair-related concerns. - Conduct consultations to assess hair loss condition and recommend suitable treatments (Hair Transplant, PRP, Laser, etc.). - Educate patients about the procedures, benefits, and aftercare in a simple and clear manner. - Build strong rapport with patients, addressing doubts and ensuring a positive experience. - Maintain patient records and follow up with leads/appointments. - Coordinate with doctors and medical staff to ensure smooth treatment flow. - Contribute to achieving clinic goals through effective consultation and conversions. Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English, regional language is a plus). - Prior experience in healthcare/clinic/hair/skin industry preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to explain medical terms in layman's language. - Customer-focused approach with patience and empathy. - Basic knowledge of hair/skin treatments (training will be provided). - Sales/consultation experience will be an added advantage.
