Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival. Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate medicine-related requests (e.g., prescription refills, availability queries). Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient care. Handle billing, process payments (cash, card, or insurance), and issue receipts. Keep the front office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking of office or medical supplies. Follow up with patients for appointment reminders or feedback as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting. Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software, MS Office (Word, Excel), and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
